The Shilajit Iced Tea is a powerful blend of Shilajit and fresh-squeezed lemon, cinnamon, cloves, and orange peel. The Shilajit Iced Tea is a potent drink that serves as an antioxidant, immune booster, and adaptogen, supporting whole-body health.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cutie jars (3g each) of Shilajit resin

  • 1 lemon

  • Half a handful of Cloves

  • 4 to 6 Cinnamon Sticks

  • 1 ½ cups of Agave (Other natural sweeteners can be substituted)

  • 2 tablespoons of orange peels

Place the cloves, cinnamon sticks, and orange peels in 16 oz. of filtered water, and bring to a boil. Allow the water to boil for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Strain the water and allow it to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, add the mixture to a pitcher, and add the Shilajit resin (note, I allow the Shilajit to set in the refrigerator for about 24 hours to harden, which makes the resin easier to remove from its container) and let it sit to dissolve, stirring occasionally to help dissolve the resin. Top off with about 48 oz. of filtered water. Add the agave and fresh-squeezed lemon. Set to cool or place in the refrigerator to cool.

Shilajit is a potent, natural substance found primarily in the Himalayan and Tibetan mountain ranges, formed over centuries by the decomposition of plant material. It is a dark, resin-rich mineral-rich in fulvic acid and other bioactive compounds. Known for its wide array of health benefits, shilajit has been a key component of traditional Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. It is often used to enhance energy levels, improve mental clarity, support immune function, and promote overall vitality. Shilajit is believed to act as an adaptogen, helping the body function and cope with stress and balance various bodily functions, and is praised for its potential to rejuvenate the body and mind.
